Jennifer- Skirts are a great bottom that come in many different styles, as well as in new designs all the time! In this outfit I am wearing a skirt that has two layers of the same fabric, and that has an underskirt with a lace hem detail that you can see at the bootom of the garment. I like this because it isn't just your basic black skirt. This skirt has a little more detail that gives it personality, and makes it a fun piece. The top I chose to wear adds a hint of color amongst the other pieces in this look.
